How should I apply for a position?
To submit your application, you should use the Pankl career portal. Simply upload your application documents (cover letter, CV, qualification certificates, photograph). Once this process has been successfully completed, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation e-mail.
Which documents make out an outstanding application?
A strong application should include a cover letter, CV and proof of relevant qualifications. Please make sure that you also indicate your preferred area of work.
Is it better to apply online or by e-mail/post?
In order to comply with data protection regulations and to ensure a fast processing of your application, we ask you to upload your application online.
What should I do if there are no vacancies that suit my qualifications?
You may also submit a speculative application on our online career portal.
In case I am interested in more than one vacancy, should I apply separately for each one?
One application is sufficient. Your cover letter should state which vacancies you are interested in. We will then assess which position would be most suitable from our perspective.
How soon should I expect to receive an answer to my application?
You will receive an automatically generated confirmation e-mail once this process has been successfully completed. In case of missing information/documents, we will get in touch with you by telephone or by e-mail. After a pre-selection process (usually 1-3 weeks), we will provide you with feedback. Please note that the pre-selection may be longer in case of a speculative applications.
How does the candidate selection process work at Pankl?
Following the pre-selection process, eligible candidates will be invited to an interview. Depending on the position, the application process may consists of 1 to 3 stages. You will receive more detailed information during the interview.
What should I bring for my interview?
If we have already received all the application documents from you, there is no need to bring anything. We are looking forward to meeting you in person!
How often do you update your list of vacancies?
We update our vacancies on an ongoing basis. This means that all advertised positions need to be filled.

How does the online application process work?
You can upload your CV directly to create a new applicant profile, or fill in the personal data in the form provided and then upload your CV and photograph. You will be asked to create a password that allows you to log in at any time to update your contact data and/or manage your application documents.
What happens if I forget my password?
Just click on "I have forgotten my password". You will then receive an e-mail containing a link that allows you to set a new password.
What do I need to take into account when choosing my password?
Your password must contain at least 8 characters, one special character, one number and one capital letter.
How can I update or complete my application profile?
Go to the arrow in the top right-hand corner and select "My application profile". You can now complete your personal application profile and upload additional documents. The more complete the information we get from you, the easier it is for us to find the position that is right for you.
