Pankl Engine Systems specialises in connecting rods, piston assemblies and crankshafts, all available as single components or as complete systems.

The engineering of every component occurs in-house, from the first sketch to the FEA of the whole system. Pankl’s technical expertise is based on a strong team of engineers and many years of experience.

An essential part of the design team is the Finite Element computation department. Internally developed methods are used for the precise analysis of all components. Our Engineering Center allows for an optimal adjustment of all components of the crank mechanism. After completing the entire engineering loop, an ideal match of the components is certain and guarantees the engine’s highest possible reliability and performance.
